Nautilus Sauvignon Balnc 2012 is intensely aromatic and complex on the nose displaying multi-layered characters of fresh basil, mint & corriander with subtle notes of mandarine peel. A mouth wartering yet smoothlt intergrated palate reveals notes of pasion fruit, papaya and a strong textural component.

Fruit was sourced from several vineyards within different sub-regions throughout Marlborough, including the classic Rapaura area, lower Wairau and the Brancott Valley. The fruit was carefully monitored throughout maturity and was harvested upon reaching optimum flavour development and ripeness. Transported to the winery with haste and pressed off with minimal skin contact, the resulting juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and zing.

Alana Estate was founded in 1993 on the rich and climatic alluvial plains in Martinborough, New Zealand, and has since built a world-wide reputation for high quality, great tasting boutique wines. All Alana Estate grapes are hand harvested and sorted before entering the winery where they are hand sorted again to ensure the quality of their wine.

Oyster Bay Pinot Gris is  a stunning wine. Subtle touches of apricot and cantaloupe form an elagant and very refreshing drop.
